Proudest moment: Arrive last minute as guest driver and jump on the podium of the World Series by Renault in front of all my fans in Spa in 2015 - Racing on the Renault RS01

Life ambition: Racing at the highest level of motorsport and being recognized as one of the best


Sarah Bovy is a Belgian racer and one of W Series’ official Reserve Drivers.

Sarah became the youngest driver ever to take part to the famous 24 Hours of Spa (part of the FIA-GT World championship) in 2007.

What motivated you to get into motorsport?

I had to be a racing driver because the place I’m feeling the most alive in the whole world is between the steering wheel and the seat. 

Who is your inspiration and why?

Any person pursuing their dream and fighting to succeed is an inspiration.

What advice would you give to girls thinking about getting into motorsport?

Lows will be deeply low, highs will be incredibly high – be ready to jump in the most amazing rollercoaster ever!
