Information collected

In order to sign up to W Series’ email database, you will be requested to provide us with your first name, surname, email address and country. You will also be required to confirm you agree with W Series processing this data in accordance with this policy. By ticking the box on the sign-up page and filling out your details you consent to us processing your data as further described below.

Purpose of processing

We will use the data supplied to communicate with you via email. We may use this information to send you offers, news, competitions, merchandise information and information about our partners, sponsors and other companies. We may supplement the data that we obtain from you with other information that we obtain from our dealings with you. Whilst you may receive information of our partners or sponsors through our direct communication with you, we will never send your data to a third party, sponsors or partners without your prior written consent.

Retention period

The data we collect from you will be retained by us securely. If you no longer wish to receive W Series emails you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any W Series emails or emailing unsubscribe to [email protected]. Whilst you engage with the emails we send to you and remain an active user (i.e. by clicking through to the www.wseries.com website or by entering into competitions set out in our communications to you) you shall remain on the W Series mailing list. However, if you do not engage with the content we send to you and become inactive we may remove you from the mailing list after up to 2 years of inactivity.

As well as unsubscribing you have the right to contact us requesting us to delete or amend your details. Please do so by contacting [email protected]. Any unsubscribers will no longer receive emails or contact from us in relation to W Series and shall be permanently deleted from our internal records on a periodic basis.
